William Otis Pinnell

William Otis Pinnell of Owensville went to be with the Lord, Saturday afternoon, April 23, 2011, the day before the Resurrection, Bill and Inez were living in Victorian Manor. He was 92. Bill was born on November 11, 1918, at Jake's Prairie near Cuba. He is one of nine children born to the late Otis Edward and Addie May Treece Pinnell. Bill was joined in marriage to Inez Satterfield on June 22, 1946, in St. Louis.
Bill was converted at the age of 17 and united with the First Baptist Church in Washington. He was a veteran of World War II. During the war he was stationed in the Aleutian Islands and assigned to an anti aircraft company. After the war Bill and Inez lived and worked in St. Louis. Bill retired after working for more than 30 years from Harvard Interiors manufacturing. In 2004, Bill and Inez moved to Owensville. Bill is survived by his wife Inez.
Preceding Bill are four brothers Leslie, George, Richard, and Russell Pinnell, and four sisters Esther Davis, Katherine Rector, Elva Hunt, and Edna Mae Munsick. He leaves behind a host of nephews and nieces which he loved very dearly.
