William (Pete) Leroy Drewel age 78, of Belle passed away Monday, October 18th, 2021.
Pete was born November 24th, 1942, a son to the late William and Edna (Gores) Drewel.
Pete worked on the family farm growing up and enjoyed riding horses, hunting and fishing. Pete was a member of the Belle Masonic Lodge #373. He retired from a life-long career with The Clorox Company (Kingsford).
Pete is survived by: four daughters, Kelly Jackson and her husband Jodie of Columbia, Dana Fleenor and her husband Jeff of Belle, Jamie Bush and her husband Lewis of Belle, Jenny Drewel of Colorado Springs, Colorado and one son, William Leroy Drewel Jr. of Keyser, West Virginia; nine grandchildren Kishia Harms and her husband Davin, Natasha Myrick and her husband Kory, Sydney Bentlage, Zachary Bentlage, Hilary Bush, Kollin Bush and wife Tanner, Molly Bentlage, Samuel Fleener, and Lily Drewel; one great-grandchild, Kianna Brown; one sister Bessie Cook and her husband Gary as well as many extended family members and friends.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Emil Drewel. Memorial services for Pete will be held at a later date.
