Victoria S. Akins, age 52, of Belle passed Friday, May 15, 2020 at her residence.
Victoria was born on August 4, 1967, in Columbia, a daughter to the late Raymond and Minnie (Finn) Valley.
Victoria was a lifelong area resident and worked in the home health industry taking care of disabled patients for a time until her health declined. She enjoyed helping people, so it was a job she loved.
Victoria enjoyed drawing and painting, going to the river, camping, and being outdoors. She was an avid KISS fan and enjoyed watching Son’s of Anarchy and WWE wrestling on T.V.
