Janice J. Cordsmeyer

Janice J. Cordsmeyer of Belle, died Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City, Mo. She was 69. She was born on January 25, 1942 in St. Louis, MO, to Lloyd Owen and Gladys Delores (Shockley) Hicks. Janice married Elmer (Junior) Cordsmeyer and they spent 43 wonderful years together until his death on April 18, 2010.
Jan is survived by her son, Billy Lloyd Cordsmeyer of Lanes Prairie and two daughters Rebecca of Erie, Pennsylvania and Kimberly of Chattanooga, Tennessee, one brother, Robert Hicks, and eight grandchildren Ashley, Avery, Adam, Paige, Tucker, Chaes, Randi and Lynzi.
Janice worked for Hamilton and Son Oil Company of Rolla and Baron Aviation at the Vichy Airport. In 2001, Janice and Junior moved to Belle. Janice was a member of the First Christian Church. Janice will be missed by her family and many friends.
