James Junior Sheppard

James Junior Sheppard passed away on July 15th 2026 at his home in Linn Missouri at the age of 83.

Jim, as many knew him, was born on October 1st, 1942 in Kingsport, Tennessee to parents Stacie and Ada Sheppard.

James graduated high school at Ritenour high and worked in the St Louis area as a meat cutter.

James enjoyed spending time w his family. He also enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing

and passing on that knowledge to his family.

James was preceded in death by his parents Stacie and Ada and his wife Elaine. He is survived by his brother Harry and his five children James, John, Jill, Neal and 1 estranged daughter.

Graveside memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Laurel Hills Memorial Garden, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63133 beginning at 11:00 a.m.
